Everett sex offender accused of raping daughter

EVERETT — A registered sex offender is back behind bars after allegedly abusing his teenage daughter.

The Everett man, 37, gave his daughter, 15, a prescription anti-anxiety pill and then raped her on Tuesday and Wednesday, according to court papers.

Detectives determined the man in 1994 raped a 14-year-old girl in King County, impregnating her. He also was accused of raping a teen the prior year in Snohomish County but wasn’t charged in the case, the court papers said.

The man’s daughter was taken into protective custody.
