Cheerleaders need camp money: Cheerleaders at Marysville-Pilchuck High School are raising money to go to cheer camp.

A fundraiser is planned for Sunday through May 23 at G.A. Maxwells, 1204 Third St., Marysville. The restaurant will donate a portion of proceeds from spaghetti dinners to the squad. They hope to raise $18,000.

That’s a lot of garlic bread.

Give tours in Snohomish: The Snohomish Historical Society seeks volunteer docents to host half-hour tours of its Blackman House Museum.

Snohomish history buff Warner Blake plans to train docents at 1 this afternoon and again May 23 and 30 at the museum at 118 Ave. B. He said it’s a fun and informative session that would teach docents how to tell the juicier stories of old Snohomish.

Tea and refreshments will be served.
