Adopt-A-Stream Foundation Northwest Stream Center offers a documentary, “Beavers” about a critter family and their ability to do construction.
It’s planned for 7 p.m. Thursday at the Northwest Stream Center Auditorium, McCollum Park, 600 128th St. SE in Everett.
It costs $3.
See beavers, including aunt and uncle beavers, build their own apartments and dams.
New health fest is coming: Marysville’s first-ever Healthy Communities Challenge Day, a collaboration of the city and Snohomish County’s Get Movin’ program, is planned for Saturday.
Healthy Communities Challenge Day is scheduled for 1 to 7 p.m. at Allen Creek Elementary School, 6505 60th Drive NE.
Get Movin’, the annual summer program aimed at motivating families to adopt active lifestyles, will run 1 to 3 p.m. at Marysville-North County YMCA, 6420 60th Drive NE. For more information, call 360-363-8000.
Hydrogen Road Tour stops in Bothell: A Hydrogen Road Tour stops from 7 to 10 a.m. this morning at the University of Washington’s Bothell campus.
Bothell is the 25th stop on a 28-city tour, which features a 12-vehicle caravan of hydrogen fuel cell vehicles. The caravan will be at 18115 Campus Way NE.
Fuel cell vehicles from Daimler, GM, Honda, Hyundai, Kia, Nissan, Toyota and Volkswagen are traveling from Chula Vista, Calif. to Vancouver, BC.
