Boy, 15, hit by car in Marysville

MARYSVILLE — A boy about 15 years old suffered minor injuries after being hit by a vehicle about 5 p.m. today in Marysville.

Medics who responded to the call found the boy at the intersection of 132nd Street NE and 51st Avenue NE, said Kristen Thorstenson, spokeswoman for the Marysville Fire District.

He was on the ground but conscious, Thorstenson said. The boy was taken to Providence Regional Medical Center Everett for treatment.
