Programming note

Normally Saturday nights are pretty busy for me.
I post my Evergreen Speedway notes — written at the track during the heat races — write up a “who won” post, turn the excellent email I get from Skagit Speedway’s Kaleb Hart into a “who won” item, and then update any national/international racing stories that come down the Associated Press wire.
Often I’m up and at it until 2 a.m. or later, because — even if you don’t read it until later in the day or the week — I want you to be able to have the information first thing Sunday morning.
But not this weekend.
Sorry, but I’m a bit under the weather and as I write this I’m not sure if I’ll even make it to Evergreen Speedway tonight.
I had wanted to go to the ASA Northwest Tour road course race at Pacific Raceways in Kent, Wash., but a schedule conflict on the homefront made that a no-go (and a good thing, too, based on how I feel).
My plan is to have things updated before noon on Sunday.
Thanks in advance for your patience.
