Everett City Council meeting, 8:30 a.m. today, city council chambers, 3002 Wetmore Ave., Everett. The council is scheduled to vote on a $706,000 contract with American Process Group Inc. of Alberta Canada to dredge, dry out and manage 4,000 dry tons of biosolids from the city’s sewer treatment plant.
Granite Falls City Council, 7 p.m. tonight, Council Chambers, 206 S. Granite Ave. Business licenses, appointment of planning commissioners and a sign ordinance are among the agenda items.
Lake Stevens Planning Commission, 7 p.m. tonight, Community Senior Center, 1808 Main St. Downtown redevelopment, land-use plans for south of the city and fire station design review are on the agenda.
Snohomish County Council, 9 a.m. today, eighth-floor council chambers of the county administration building, 3000 Rockefeller Ave., Everett. The council plans to consider annual land-use changes to the comprehensive plan and whether to move forward with talks over commuter train service from Snohomish to Bellevue.
