Ferry taken off Edmonds-Kingston run

The MV Walla Walla, a state ferry that serves the Edmonds-Kingston run, suffered propulsion problems and was taken out of service Sunday afternoon, Washington State Ferries officials announced on their Web site.

One boat remained in service while the Walla Walla was being inspected.
