Dutch find dead stowaway in plane’s landing gear

AMSTERDAM — Dutch authorities found the body of a stowaway in the landing gear of a plane from Africa that landed at Amsterdam’s Schiphol airport.

Military police spokesman Dennis Muller said the body was found Saturday morning. He said military police at Schiphol are investigating.

Muller said the plane carrying the stowaway arrived from Africa, but he declined to name the country or city it left from or the airline.
