Armed robbery reported at Lynnwood bus stop

LYNNWOOD — The Lynnwood Police Department is investigating an armed robbery that occurred at a bus stop Wednesday night.
The victim called police at 10:45 p.m. He said he had been robbed at gunpoint, Lynnwood police Sgt. Sean Doty said. The robbery happened at the bus stop near 200th Street SW and Highway 99. It is unknown what was stolen.
Police described the suspect as a white man in his 20s wearing black clothing, including a black hooded sweatshirt. A police dog track was unsuccessful.
No similar incidents have been reported recently, Doty said.
