Kent woman arrested after 24 pounds of meth found in car in Eugene

EUGENE, Ore. — Oregon State Police says a Washington woman was arrested over the weekend after 24 pounds of crystal meth was found in her car during Eugene traffic stop.
The Oregonian reported that a drug detection dog discovered the drugs in a hidden compartment.
Teri Baker, 55, of Kent, was stopped for speeding on I-5 near milepost 195 in Eugene on Friday evening.
She was arrested and held in the Lane County Jail for investigation of drug charges.
