Memorial walk: The 3.6-mile Brett Jensen Memorial Walk and Run 7 is set for 9 a.m. Aug. 15 at American Legion Memorial Park, 145 Alverson Blvd., Everett. The fee is $25. The event is in memory of Brett Jensen, a Cascade grad who died in 2002 in a fall at his fraternity at the University of Washington. Proceeds benefit a scholarship fund.
