Talk with lawmakers
State Sen. John McCoy, D-Tulalip, and Democratic Reps. Mike Sells and June Robinson plan a telephone town hall at 6 p.m. Thursday.
The event is a chance to ask questions of the 38th Legislative District delegation. Calls will be made to homes throughout the district. Residents can listen live. Those who do not receive a call can participate by calling 877-229-8493, ID Code 116289.

Maltby meeting: Snohomish County officials have scheduled an open house at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday on the Paradise Lake Road Garden Apartments. The project would include 360 units in a largely rural area. It’s scheduled at The Church in Maltby on Paradise Lake Road.
County Executive Dave Somers and Sheriff Ty Trenary are expected.

Equality talk: Arbitrator Eileen Baratucci will speak at the American Association of University Women Stanwood-Camano branch, at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Camano Island Library. Topics include the Equal Rights Amendment and challenges for women leaders.
