“The Quest for the Lost Paintings of Siberia”: Camano Island artist Jack Gunter is about to release his long-awaited documentary about retrieving some of his paintings from Russia. Screenings are set for April 21 at the Historic Everett Theatre, April 29 at the Lincoln Theatre in Mount Vernon and May 4-6 at the Stanwood Cinemas. More information will be released next week.
“Snow White”: The 1916 silent movie will be shown 10 a.m. April 8 with live accompaniment by harpist Leslie McMichael and violist Barbara McMichael. The screening is part of the all-ages Dementia-Inclusive Series at Edmonds Center for the Arts, 410 Fourth Ave. N. Tickets are $10. Call 425-275-9595. Children are welcome to attend as well.

Everett Public Library Sunday Films: On April 9 at 2 p.m., see “Second Coming.” The free showing is in the auditorium at the main library, 2702 Hoyt Ave. A modern London couple learns they are expecting a child despite not being intimate in months.
“A Fierce Fire”: Celebrate Earth Day at 6:30 p.m. April 22 at Evergreen Unitarian Universalist Fellowship, 1607 Fourth St., Marysville. The film traces the history of the environmental movement. Donations accepted. Refreshments served. Sponsored by 350 Everett, Sierra Club, Everett United Church of Christ, Snohomish County League of Women Voters, Pilchuck Audubon and 38th District Democrats.
Kubrick Film Series: See a free showing of Kubrick’s “Spartacus” at noon April 26 at the Evergreen branch of the Everett Public Library, 9512 Evergreen Way.

Twisted Flicks: The Historic Everett Theatre hosts the region’s only live movie re-dubbing show, which merges improv comedy and old B movies.
