Cascadia Art Museum: 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Wednesday through Sunday. On third Thursdays, the museum is open until 8 p.m. and is free during Edmonds Art Walk hours, 5 to 8 p.m. Museum is at 190 Sunset Ave., Edmonds. Northwest Sculpture: Five Decades of Form and Innovation & Northwest Paintings and Studio Ceramics: A Regional Perception are displayed through August. Botanical Exuberance: Trees and Flowers in Northwest Art is exhibited through June 25. Ask about Coffee with the Curator tours.

Schack Art Center: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and noon to 5 p.m. Sunday; 2921 Hoyt Ave., Everett; 425-259-5050; www.schack.org. Free admission. Schack classes include drawing, printmaking, basketry, jewelry and metal smithing, encaustic, painting, fused glass and blown glass. Convergence: Contemporary Mex-Xicano Art in the Pacific Northwest and Over the Rainbow: Alfredo Arreguín are exhibited April 27 through June 3. The Schack is seeking work for its annual Art of the Garden show, June 15-Sept. 2, and for its Fresh Paint festival, Aug. 19-20. Hibulb Cultural Center: Hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Friday and noon to 5 p.m. weekends. Free on first Thursdays until 8 p.m.; 6410 23rd Ave. NE, Tulalip; 360-716-2635; www.hibulbculturalcenter.org. Vibrant Beauty: Colors of Our Collection is displayed until fall. The interactive exhibit allows visitors to explore how color has influenced Coast Salish people and how it is used today.

Third Thursday Art Walks: Lots of new work is displayed during the Everett Art Walk and Art Walk Edmonds on the evening of May 18. More at everettartwalk.org and artwalkedmonds.com. In Edmonds, pick up a map at Gallery North, 401 Main St. In Everett, pick up a map at Black Lab Gallery, 1618 Hewitt Ave.

Everett Quilt Show: The show, “Through the Eye of the Quilter,” is 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. April 28-29, Hansen Conference Center at Xfinity Arena, 2000 Hewitt Ave. Cost is $5. Hear lectures, view 300 quilts, shop vendors, take classes, watch demonstrations. More at www.allinstitcheswa.org/events.

Camano Island Studio Tour: The 19th annual tour is 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. May 12-14 and May 20-21 on the island and around Stanwood. The free, self-guided tour takes you into the studios of some of the region’s best known artists. More information is available at camanostudiotour.com.

Edison Studio Tour: The annual Edison-area Artists’ Studio Tour is 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. April 30 in the burg near Mount Vernon. The free tour is a chance to meet 20 artists in their work spaces. Maps are available at Edison businesses or at www.facebook.com/events/1583153918379049.

Everett Public Schools: The district’s 19th annual art shows are displayed through the end of the school year at the Community Resource Center, 3900 Broadway, Everett. The Middle School show is May 3-18, and the Elementary School show is May 23 to June 6.

Pilchuck Glass School tour: Spring public tours of the world famous school and a chance to see artists at work are May 3-7 at the school in north Snohomish County. The annual open house is July 16. For ticket information, go to Events at www.pilchuck.com.

Art Loft Sisters at Fisherman’s Market and Grill: Regular business hours at 1032 W. Marine View Drive, Everett. Through May 1, see artworks by Susan Rothschild, a former model for Salvador Dali and Bert Stern. First a photographer, Rothschild moved into digital art. She prints a combination of watercolor and giclee on glass, tile, porcelain, cotton and paper. Also featured will be Debby McCoy and her clay masks.

Monica Jane Frisell exhibits photographic portraits taken in the Northwest, as the gallery helps kick off her coast-to-coast trip and expand her project titled “Looking Forward — Portraits from an RV.”

Everett Community College’s Russell Day Gallery: Room 219, Parks Student Union, 2000 Tower St. Hours are 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Mondays and Wednesdays, 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays, and 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Fridays. See college photos and memorabilia at the gallery during the college’s 75th anniversary celebration through May 5.

Lynnwood Convention Center: An art exhibition, curated by Everett’s Schack Art Center, is displayed through June at the convention center. The exhibit can be viewed during regular business hours Monday through Friday at the center, 3711 196th St. SW.

Matzke Fine Art Gallery and Sculpture Park: 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday, Saturday and Sunday and by appointment at 2345 Blanche Way, Camano Island; 360-387-2759; www.matzkefineart.com.

Snohomish County Arts Commission: In the lobby of the Bob Drewel Building (on the county campus at Rockefeller and Wall streets in Everett) see portraits by artist Jeffrey O’Boyle through April. He is a member of the Portrait Society of America.

Tsuga Fine Art: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday, until 5 p.m. Friday and until 4 p.m. Saturday, at 10101 Main St., Bothell; www.tsugafineart.com. The show is on display at Cascadia Community College through May 1.

Admission is $7, with discounts for students, children, military and members. Formerly the La Conner Quilt Museum, the organization is celebrating 20 years with numerous new exhibits.
