Cascadia Art Museum: 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Wednesday through Sunday. On third Thursdays, the museum is open until 8 p.m. and is free during Edmonds Art Walk hours, 5 to 8 p.m. Museum is at 190 Sunset Ave., Edmonds. Northwest Sculpture: Five Decades of Form and Innovation &Northwest Paintings and Studio Ceramics: A Regional Perception are displayed through August. Schack classes include drawing, printmaking, basketry, jewelry and metal smithing, encaustic, painting, fused glass and blown glass. Convergence: Contemporary Mex-Xicano Art in the Pacific Northwest and Over the Rainbow: Alfredo Arreguín are exhibited through June 3. The popular annual Artists’ Garage Sale is June 3. Schack Staff Show through June 11 in studios 1 and 2. The Art of the Garden show June 15-Sept. 2. Fresh Paint is Aug. 19-20.

Hibulb Cultural Center: Hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Friday and noon to 5 p.m. weekends. The interactive exhibit allows visitors to explore how color has influenced Coast Salish people and how it is used today.

Third Thursday Art Walks: Lots of new work is displayed during the Everett Art Walk and Art Walk Edmonds on the evening of June 15. More at everettartwalk.org and artwalkedmonds.com. Camano Island Studio Tour: The 19th annual tour continues 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. May 20-21 on the island and around Stanwood. The free, self-guided tour takes you into the studios of some of the region’s best-known artists. More information is available at camanostudiotour.com

Everett Public Schools: The district’s 19th annual art shows are displayed through the end of the school year at the Community Resource Center, 3900 Broadway, Everett. The Middle School show continues through May 18, and the Elementary School show is May 23 to June 6.

Arlington Arts Council: The council has donated a George Pratt granite sculpture in the shape of a frog to the city of Arlington for placement at Haller Park. To enter a naming contest, go to www.arlingtonartscouncil.net.

Japanese Anime and Manga Arts Festival: Everett Community College hosts this free festival 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and 5 to 9 p.m. May 19 and 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. May 20. More at EverettCC.edu/JAMAF.

Ikebana Exhibition: Japanese floral arrangements will be displayed 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. June 4 in the community room at Mill Creek City Hall, 15720 Main St. Demonstrations are at 2 and 3 p.m. Free.

Sculptors Workshop: The nonprofit arts organization is 50 years old and its sculptors and potters will show works through June 6 at the Frances Anderson Center. Presented by the Edmonds Arts Festival and the Arts Commission, the gallery exhibit is titled Black and White. The organization’s pottery sale is Nov. 17-18, with proceeds to Kids in Transition, which provides basic needs to homes children in the state. The workshop was started by HO Hutt and Wally Wise in 1967 at Firdale Village, later at Perrinville and then to its current home at the center in 1981.
