Updated: Missing Lynnwood man found

UPDATE: He was found safe as of Thursday morning, according to Lynnwood police.
LYNNWOOD — Police are asking for help finding a missing Lynnwood man who has developmental disabilities.
Wesley Simmons, 23, last was seen Monday morning. He did not have his medication. Lynnwood police issued a bulletin on the case on Tuesday.
Anyone who sees Simmons is asked to call 911.
