Scramble: Event explores Everett

Street Scramble comes to Everett on July 24, starting and ending from the Everett YMCA, 2720 Rockefeller Ave. Runners, cyclists and strollers are invited to explore the city as they seek checkpoints on a special map.

The challenge is to find as many as possible in a given time limit. Different checkpoints are worth different point values, so strategy comes into play.

Registration fees top out at $30 on the day of the event, or $24 through July 22 with discounts for kids, young adults and adults participating with kids.
