Fly on a vintage plane for Memorial Day

The Historic Flight Foundation is offering chances to take a flight on historic aircraft on Memorial Day.

There are two aircraft available for flights: a B-25 Mitchell “Grumpy” and a T-6A “Texan.” A ride on the Grumpy will cost you $450 while the Texan will set you back $550.

The whole experience will take about an hour and a half, with 45 minutes of actual flight. A short talk about the history of each aircraft and a safety briefing will take up the remaining time.
