Sunnyside girl wounded in drive-by shooting

SUNNYSIDE — A 16-year-old girl in her bed early Monday was hit twice in the back by rifle shots fired from an alley in Sunnyside.

Police say she is being treated at a hospital.

Officers are looking for a car involved in that shooting and a shooting into another house a short time later when multiple shots were fired. No one there was hurt.

Police say the shootings are gang-related.
