Second suspect arrested in Everett killing

EVERETT — Police have arrested a second suspect in the Dec. 27 fatal stabbing at Madison Elementary School.
A 34-year-old Everett man was picked up Thursday night during a traffic stop in north Everett without incident, Everett police Sgt. Robert Goetz said.
He was later booked into the Snohomish County Jail for investigation of second-degree murder.
