Crews searching for man who fell over Wallace Falls

GOLD BAR — Search and rescue crews were looking for a man who fell over Wallace Falls near Gold Bar on Sunday evening.

Divers also were sent to help with the search, according to the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office.

No additional information was available as of 7:30 p.m.

An 18-year-old woman died after she was swept over the falls in late July. She had visited the park with friends. The group reportedly had climbed over the railing to cross the river.
