Jacobs has a warrant for failing to report to the state Department of Corrections. He is being supervised for third-degree assault. He is associated with local street gangs.

Jamall Harris

Age: 26

Height: 6 feet, 2 inches

Eyes: Hazel

Harris has a warrant for failing to report to the state Department of Corrections. He is being supervised for first-degree robbery. He is associated with local street gangs.
