Hearty thanks for lunch ladies

Marysville Mayor Jon Nehring honored Renee Bigwarfe and Betty Wright as Volunteers of the Month at the April 23 Marysville City Council meeting. The two women have volunteered for two years at Marysville Middle School, where they spend about five hours every school day helping serve lunches. The women often sit by children who are alone, and buy meals for those without. Both women also are PTSA members.
