Motorycle rider in her 70s dies in crash west of Marysville

TULALIP — A woman in her 70s died in a motorcycle crash Thursday afternoon, according to the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office.

Detectives were investigating the incident shortly after 1 p.m. in the 12000 block of Marine Drive, west of Marysville.

No other vehicles were involved in the crash, and detectives don’t believe alcohol or drugs were involved, sheriff’s spokesperson Courtney O’Keefe said.
