Seattle-Newark flight safely diverted to Spokane

SPOKANE — A United Airlines flight from Seattle to Newark was diverted Sunday night to Spokane because of engine trouble.

KXLY reported the Airbus A320 made a safe emergency landing with power from only one engine.

United put passengers on another plane.

The website flightaware.com shows Flight 273 arrived in Newark Monday morning.
