BARING — At least one person suffered serious injuries in a car crash east of Baring on Saturday afternoon.

U.S. Route 2 is blocked off at mile post 47 as state troopers investigate.

Few details were immediately available, including how many cars were involved. At least one car had multiple occupants, according to the Washington State Patrol.
