MARYSVILLE — The city of Marysville will hold a blood drive from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Nov. 4. Bloodworks NW’s bloodmobile will be parked outside the Marysville Civic Center, 501 Delta Ave.

Blood draws typically take an hour for a pint of blood. All donors need to be at least 16 years old and must bring a photo ID. Those under 18 must bring a signed parent permission slip. Schedule your appointment to donate blood here. Have questions? Contact schedule@bloodworksnw.org.

Bloodworks and Alderwood mall are also hosting a blood drive Oct. 19. Participants will also be able to sign up to become bone marrow donors.

Those who donate blood in October can enter a sweepstakes from Bloodworks to win a MacBook Air. The organization’s Bloodmobile will be parked outside the mall food court. To sign up, call 1-800-398-7888 or visit www.bloodworksnw.org/giveblood.
