This week’s featured new construction is a townhome-style condominium unit located at Trailside Townhomes in the Snohomish historic district. It has a two-story, 1,443 square-feet floor plan with three bedrooms, and includes an attached one-car garage with another designated parking spot assigned.
Oak hardwood flooring with a dark-stained finish covers the entry and extends throughout much of the main living floor. The foyer opens to the second level and benefits from a pendant-style light fixture, vertical window and plant shelf.
A short corridor leads to the kitchen and great-room. Along the way, an access door opens to the garage.
The powder room is completed with a pedestal sink, and two closets provide storage — including a large, L-shaped space carved from the stairwell.
Kitchen features include Shaker-style birch-paneled cabinets with crown molding and plant shelves, granite slab countertops, an extended breakfast bar, recessed lighting, stainless steel appliances including a downdraft four-burner gas range, and a pantry closet enclosed by two bifold doors.
The oversized great-room has a nine-feet ceiling, radius corners and a gas fireplace trimmed with ceramic tile hearth and border. A sliding glass door opens to a covered backyard patio.
Upstairs, a bedroom suite is augmented by two additional bedrooms served by a second full bathroom and a laundry room.
The suite’s bedroom area has two-tone paint, a paddlefan light fixture, and a gridded window overlooking the front of the complex.
A full bathroom in the suite includes a single vanity topped with ceramic tile, herringbone-style tiled backsplash, three Alabaster light fixtures, matching vinyl flooring and a shower-tub combination with faux white tile fiberglass shell.
A walk-in wardrobe closet with ventilated wire storage shelves completes the suite.
The laundry room includes a full-size washer and dryer, vinyl flooring and moonglobe light
fixture.
Two additional bedrooms face the rear and Rainier Street. Both have bump-out windows, Craftsman-style millwork, paneled sliding doors enclosing standard closets, and Alabaster light fixtures.
The second full bathroom is completed with a single vanity topped with ceramic tile, herringbone tile backsplash, matching vinyl flooring and a shower/tub combination with faux white tile surround.
