This Mill Creek bathroom renovation was so good, 3 more rooms followed – including the kitchen!

Why – and how – this Everett renovator makes repeat business, word-of-mouth advertising a priority

There are few more satisfying accolades for a business than repeat business and customer referrals. Both speak to a quality product, exceptional service and, at the end of the day, a job well done.

One Mill Creek resident was so thrilled with her first bathroom renovation with Granite Transformations, that she’s gone on to update a second bathroom, laundry room and now her kitchen.

And as friends and neighbors see the finished product, they’re now booking their renovations too!

“We have done eight homes in her neighborhood so far!” says April Peterson, marketing coordinator for Granite Transformations.

Nancy has lived in the 1999-built home for 11 years, and its tile and Corian counters had become dated. After reading about Granite Transformations’ environmentally friendly product and process, Nancy visited their showroom in Mukilteo to get a closer look.

What she found was a wide range of top-quality quartz, granite, recycled glass and mosaic tile surfaces to choose from, most created using recycled materials that are intrinsically sealed as they are created, to ensure non-porous surfaces that are heat, stain, scratch, mold and mildew-resistant. The result is an eco-friendly home renovation option that doesn’t sacrifice quality or beauty.

The design manager then visited her home with a variety of samples, so she could see them in the space. After making her selections – composite for the bathrooms and quartz for the kitchen – a second visit for precise measurements ensured her new countertops would be an exacting match to slide directly over the existing ones, with no need for demolition, and no waste going to the landfill.

On installation day for Nancy’s kitchen, her biggest project to date, the team had arranged for a plumber to arrive at 7 a.m. to remove her old sink before the Granite Transformations team followed at 8 a.m. to install the counters and backsplash. By 2:30 p.m. it was all done.

“The lighter color made the space look so much bigger and brighter,” Nancy says. “This is such a fabulous way to go and they’re such a caring, personable team with great communication, so you know what’s happening every step of the way.”

For those envisioning a more extenisive transformation, expert cabinet refinishing and mosaic tile backsplashes to complete the look are also available.
