Sparling in Lynnwood hires acousticians

Design and consulting firm Sparling recently added Adam Bettcher and Kathleen Gray as acousticians for its Acoustical Consulting practice. Both Bettcher and Gray are located in Sparling’s Lynnwood office. Bettcher has four years of experience in architectural acoustics, noise control, testing, and analysis. Gray’s expertise includes audio measurements/analysis and architectural acoustics.

NW Plus CU will accept donations for several local food banks through Dec. 19. NW Plus CU currently has seven locations in Snohomish and Skagit Counties.

Pablo Picasso sketchbook part of auction of safe deposit box items

The James G. Murphy Company will be conducting an auction from the contents of safe deposit boxes. Items include a Pablo Picasso sketchbook and more. The auction begins at 9 a.m. daily on Nov. 19 and 20 at 18226 68th Avenue NE, Kenmore. A complete catalog for each day is available online here and here.

Title company holds Stuff-the-Truck event in Everett

Ticor Title is joining forces with the City of Everett to Stuff-the-Truck with toys, hats, gloves and scarves for kids of all ages. All donations collected will go to Christmas House of Snohomish County. The event is from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. on Dec. 4 at the Wetmore Theatre Plaza, 2710 Wetmore Ave. in Everett.
