Emirates Airline has placed an order for 32 Airbus A380 super jumbo jets.
The order is in addition to the 58 A380s the Dubai-based airline already has on order with Airbus.
Emirates’ tenth A380 was delivered yesterday and is on display at the Berlin Air Show.
“Our latest commitment signals Emirates’ confidence in the growth to come in a thriving aviation sector,” said Emirates’ H.H.Sheikh Ahmed Bin Saeed Al- Maktoum.
The order is worth $11 billion at list prices, though airlines rarely pay full list prices.
