Boeing executives are leaning on the unions representing workers in Wichita, trying to encourage them to come to terms with Onex, the Canadian company that’s trying to negotiate pay and benefit cuts in connection with its plan to purchase Boeing’s commercial airplanes operations in Kansas and Oklahoma:
