Twitter CEO Evan Williams and wife Sara Williams just had their first baby.
How do we know? Because Sara tweeted messages during labor. It started Monday at 8:46 p.m.: “Dear Twitter, my water broke. It wasn’t like Charlotte in Sex and the City. Now timing contractions on an iPhone app.”
A couple hours later came, “The contraction tracker was fun until the contractions got painful.” But nothing can stop a dedicated tweeter. Next came a message about being admitted to the “second-to-last room” in the hospital. Then the plaintive, “Epidural, yes please.”
Several hours later came a tweet that Evan was “changing the first diaper.”
What a special, private moment. She only has 16,449 followers.
