YMCA of Snohomish County hires new VP-chief development officer

Jennifer Willows is the new vice president and chief development officer for the YMCA of Snohomish County. Willows started with the Everett YMCA in 2006 and moved to the Association Office in 2008. More recently, she played a key role in supporting the Association Annual Campaign and the capital development initiatives for Stanwood-Camano and Everett.

Seattle Genetics gains additional approval for drug in Europe

Bothell’s Seattle Genetics announced that its collaborator Takeda Pharmaceutical Company has received marketing authorization by the European Commission for Adcetris for the treatment of adult patients with Hodgkin lymphoma. The conditional marketing authorization for Adcetris is valid in the 28 member states of the EU as well as Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland.

Sno-Isle looking for writer workshop approvals

Sno-Isle Libraries is looking for people who can help others be writers through their series of workshops, classes, lectures and presentations called, Write Now: Write, Revise, Publish, and Find an Audience.
