Low pressure, high quality, and a better sleep!

How an Everett mattress store helped locals Bob and Gaile find the right fit

After a few decades with their mattress, Bob Ade and his wife decided it was probably time for a new one. A friend recommended they visit ESC Mattress Center in Everett, and Bob says they had a great experience there from start to finish.

“I was very impressed with the store. It’s well laid out with lots of mattresses available to lay down and test their comfort and heights.”

Bob’s wife Gaile is handicapped and had been finding it difficult to get in and out of bed, so store co-owner Joshua Rigsby suggested a number of options to find the right height.

“The storekeeper was very patient and interested in our making the rights selection. He steered us towards the ones he thought would be appropriate for our needs, and we narrowed it down from there,” Bob says.

Bob was pleased to hear about the mattress store’s 365 Day Comfort Guarantee, so he and Gaile could try their mattress out at home and bring it back to the store if they weren’t satisfied. But it also doesn’t sound like he’s going to be bringing back the mattress any time soon.

“On the old mattress, I’d found that I would develop some discomfort in my hip when sleeping on my side. With new mattress, that discomfort has disappeared. Overall it’s been a very good experience.”

Locally owned and operated

Joshua and co-owner and William Wellauer hand-pick every item in their store, travelling to the country’s largest mattress and bedding conventions to find the best options for their Everett customers. They choose the best soft, medium and firm mattresses for every price point, and if they don’t find a product that satisfies their rigorous standards, they won’t stock the ‘second best.’

“Sometimes we don’t choose anything, because the quality’s not there,” William says.

Bob Ade returned to ESC Mattress a few days after their initial purchase to pick up a mattress protector to keep their new purchase in pristine condition, and said the service was just as good the second time.

“We met the other store owner and he again was very friendly and helpful, talked about the features and benefits of the product, and we didn’t feel rushed or pushed.”

Joshua and William started ESC Mattress Center to do things differently — instead of focusing on commissions or bargain bin prices, they focus on helping customers get the best night’s sleep possible. The store is locally owned and operated by Joshua and William, and also offers their own delivery service to offer their customers even more savings.

Find ESC Mattress Center at 10121 #30, Evergreen Way, Everett, on Facebook, or online at www.escmattresscenter.com. Visit the store Monday to Saturday, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Sunday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
