Arlington: $6,231 to Parker Ag Services of Limon, Colo., for hauling and disposal of biosolids from the wastewater treatment plant.

$2 million to IMCO Construction of Bellingham for work on the new wastewater treatment plant.

Monroe: $15,090 to Snohomish County Sheriff for jail. $765 to Wolfkill Feed &Fertilizer in Monroe for grass seed for erosion control at North Kelsey development.
