Body found in Woodway is missing Edmonds woman

WOODWAY — A body found here Thursday has been confirmed as that of Amy Kennelly, 48, of Edmonds.

Kennelly’s cause of death is under investigation by the Snohomish County Medical Examiner’s Office. Police do not suspect foul play.

Kennelly’s car was found late Monday night along Algonquin Road in Woodway. The car had damage from apparently striking a garage door.

She was reported missing by her family on Wednesday. Her body was found in the woods on Thursday, about 100 yards from the crash scene.
