WOODINVILLE — American Legion Post 127 held a ribbon-cutting ceremony for its new building. National Commander Charles Schmidt and National Auxiliary President Mary Davis attended and spoke at the event.

The new 2,800-square-foot building, at 21920 Highway 9, has a Woodinville address. The Post had been located near downtown Bothell since 1964. The building’s first hosted event, earlier this year, was a flag retirement ceremony for Boy Scouts Troop 356.

Post 127 serves as the post home for over 245 veterans, active duty members, an Auxiliary, the Legion Riders and the Sons of the American Legion. Learn more at bothelllegion.org, or call 425-483-5599.
