LAKE STEVENS — A California woman died Saturday after a motorcycle crash the day before, according to the Washington State Patrol.
Kimberly Moore, of Rancho Cucamonga, California, was a passenger on a motorcycle heading west on Highway 204 around 10 a.m. Friday, according to a state patrol memo. At the same time, a 29-year-old Arlington man was stopped on his motorcycle at the 20th Street SE intersection.
The driver of Moore’s motorcycle laid the bike down, ejecting him and Moore, according to state troopers. The driver was sent into the rear of the Arlington man’s motorcycle. Neither the Arlington man, nor his passenger, a Bothell woman, were injured.
The Californians were taken to Providence Regional Medical Center Everett. Moore died the next night, the state patrol reported. She was 53.
