Foundation breakfast
Registration is open for the Everett Public Schools Foundation’s annual breakfast fundraiser. The suggested minimum donation is $100. Register at http://tinyurl.com/zqjoolj. The breakfast is from 6:45 to 8:30 a.m. March 8 in the Edward D. Hansen Conference Center at Xfinity Arena.
Daddy Daughter Dance: Everett’s sixth annual Daddy Daughter Dance will be held Feb. 10 and Feb. 11 from 6 to 8:30 p.m. at Floral Hall in Forest Park, 802 Mukilteo Blvd. The cost is $29 for father and daughter, plus $6 for each additional child. Centennial Trail work: Paving repairs are scheduled along the Centennial Trail over the next couple of weeks. Through Feb. 15, the county is planning to make repairs along the stretch of trail between the cities of Snohomish and Lake Stevens. Parts of the trail are likely to be closed Feb. 6 to 8. Park officials ask that people using the trail do so with caution and obey closure signs. Questions can be sent to david.mcconnell@snoco.org.
