Hair stylist named Snohomish Kiwanis Citizen of the Quarter

Tom Walker, a longtime Snohomish hair stylist, was named the Kiwanis Club of Snohomish Citizen of the Quarter. Walker, who recently retired, is active with the Everett Gospel Mission and for many years supported the Jaycees, Snohomish Drug and Alcohol Committee, Snohomish Police Department and The Farm Ministries.
