Halloween is Saturday in Moses Lake

MOSES LAKE — The Moses Lake City Council is recommending residents celebrate Halloween on Saturday instead of Sunday.
The Columbia Basin Herald reported the council passed the resolution recently to support people who want to avoid conflicts with church activities.
