MARYSVILLE — A 65-year-old man was found dead in a Marysville garage Monday.
The man had missed work, so a co-worker went to check on him at his home in the 5000 block of 88th Street NE. The co-worker spoke with what police described as an acquaintance, Anthony Boggess.
Boggess reportedly said something about an altercation before fleeing. The co-worker then found the 65-year-old man dead in the garage.
“Detectives believe Boggess has important information that would assist in the investigation,” Marysville police wrote in a news release.
Around 11:30 a.m. Monday, police were called.
Investigators believe this is an isolated incident, so there is no threat to the public.
Anyone with information about the incident or Boggess’ whereabouts can call the Marysville Police Department at 360-363-8350.
