EVERETT – Police continue to search for the person who shot a man at a party earlier this morning at the Trailside Village Apartments.
Officers received a complaint of a loud party at an apartment, located behind the Everett Mall, Sgt. Boyd Bryant said.
When police arrived about 2:30 a.m., they found a man inside the apartment who had been shot. The Shoreline man, 28, was airlifted to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle. His injuries at the time did not appear to be life-threatening, Bryant said.
Detectives interviewed partygoers and other witnesses at the apartment building. It is unclear at this time what motivated the shooting.
