100th Birthday
Taylor
Katherine Taylor will celebrate her 100th birthday on Feb. 23.
Taylor has three daughters, Luella, Della and Marian, 11 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren and 22 great great-grandchildren.
She spent 55 years on a 40-acre farm in Lang
ley, tending to cows, chickens and other rural responsibilities. Taylor left Langley after her husband, Reg, who ran a machine shop, died in 1987. She now lives at the Regency Care Center in Monroe.
The family will celebrate the occasion at 2 p.m. Feb. 26.

Engagement
Ford-Livesay
Robert Ford II and Robin Livesay, both of Marysville, are planning a wedding for Sept. 24.
The two got engaged while vacationing at Lake Tahoe in California.
The bride’s parents are Martin Lee Livesay, of Marysville, and Rachel Livesay, of Stanwood,
The groom’s parents are Robert Howard Sr. and Jeannette Howard, of Stanwood.
The bride graduated from Stanwood High School in 2004. She is the senior account coordinator at Image Source in Kirkland.
The groom graduated from the University of Washington in 2003 and works as a district manager for Supermedia in Everett.
