SEATTLE — Searchers with the King County sheriff’s office have found two hikers on the snow-covered Pacific Crest Trail.
Spokesman John Urquhart says they’re cold, wet and tired but walking out toward Stevens Pass.
Urquhart did not release the names of the couple who are in their 20s. He said the woman has been hiking the Pacific Crest Trail from California.
They left the Snoqualmie Pass Lodge on Monday with a dog. A person who was supposed to meet them at Stevens Pass became concerned and notified the sheriff’s office.
