Officials ID the woman found dead in Lake Ki

LAKE GOODWIN — A woman’s body found in Lake Ki on Sunday has been identified by the Snohomish County Medical Examiner’s Office.

She was Anneliese K. Grunerud, 46, of Camano Island. The cause and manner of her death had not been confirmed as of Wednesday.

She was reported missing after swimming in the lake July 25. A kayaker found her body Sunday morning.

Lake Ki is west of Smokey Point.
