MARYSVILLE — There will be an increased police presence around Marysville schools Thursday and Friday.
The Marysville School District requested additional law enforcement at schools due to non-specific threats made via social media, Marysville police said Thursday.
An investigation determined two local threats were not credible, police wrote in a public memo.
“In conjunction with the Marysville School District, the goal is to ensure that students, facilities, parents, and staff are confident that the school is safe,” police wrote.
