Parks worker named Edmonds Employee of the Year

Senior Parks Maintenance Worker Debra Dill was named the 2016 City of Edmonds Employee of the Year by her colleagues. The award was announced by Mayor Dave Earling at the city’s annual Holiday Brunch at City Hall on Dec. 6.
Dill works as a senior parks maintenance worker and horticulturist. She recently obtained her arborist certification and is credited with beautifying the community by maintaining and overseeing the flower baskets around Edmonds.
She’s been with the city since 2007.
