Everett City Council, 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, council chambers, 3002 Wetmore Ave. The council plans to vote on a plan to give Reid Middleton Inc. of Everett more time to complete a feasibility study on a pedestrian bridge over Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway tracks to link Forest Park with Port Gardner at Pigeon Creek.

Everett Planning Commission, 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, Everett Station, fourth floor Weyerhaeuser Room, 3201 Smith St. The commission is scheduled to make a recommendation on the future of the Marshland area south of the city.

Island County Commissioners, 10 a.m. today, hearing room 102B, Island County Annex Building, 1 NE Sixth St., Coupeville. The agenda includes two public hearings on land-use changes on Whidbey Island.
